Liz Geran received a Masters of Acupuncture from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture including extensive training in Chinese herbs. She has 24 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in a wide range of western medical settings including: hospitals, acute care, intensive care units, and outpatient services, nursing homes, public schools, preschools, neonatal care units, home health care for both adults and children. She teaches a wide range of Chinese Health classes through adult education in Bozeman, MT, as well as teaching Tai Chi Easy which inlcudes Qi Gong and meditation in several community settings. She loves treating women's health, pregnancy and fertility issues, and continues to work on integrating Chinese medicine with western medicine.
Liz has practiced various methods of meditation for over 20 years. She has practiced Qi Gong and Tai Chi since 1995, and recently completed her Tai Chi facilitator training in Tai Chi Easy, a practice suited to all ages and all ability levels.

Brendan Kelly holds a Masters degree in Acupuncture and is an herbalist of 16 years with training in eastern and western healing traditions. He has been an herbal business owner and consultant to natural product companies and western medical practitioners. He continues to work integrating the potency of local, western medicinal plants with the depth of the Chinese diagnostic tradition. He currently teaches Asian massage at Health Works Institute in Bozeman, MT and offers regular advanced Asian Massage classes in the Bozeman area. He has been invited to teach at the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture in Gainsville, Florida, and also teaches at the yearly Montana Herb Gathering, including classes integrating local plants with the Chinese herbal traditions.
Brendan is a long-time student and practitioner of Tai Chi Ch'uan (solo form, sword and push hands), having studied with Wolfe Lowenthal weekly for about 10 years. He was authorized to teach by Wolfe three years ago, who was a senior student of Cheng Man Ching, the creator of the Yang style short form. Both Wolfe and Man Ching are widely acknowledged as master teachers and practitioners of internal martial arts.

Liz and Brendan are currently PhD candidates in Classical Chinese medicine, through the American University of Complementary Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. The program provides extensive indepth training in the classical roots of Chinese medicine with Jeffrey C. Yuen, an 88th generation Taoist priest and internationally recognized master of Chinese medicine.
Liz and Brendan also established a successful clinic in Putney, VT, practicing acupuncture, western and Chinese herbal medicine and Occupational Therapy.
